Find local businesses with no website

Pick a country, a state/region (optionally a city), and one or more categories. The collector queries OpenStreetMap (Overpass API) live, cleans the data, detects businesses with no website, scores them and adds them as leads.

Leave city empty to scan the whole state/region. Large regions are split into tiles automatically (FR-1.4) — a full state takes longer.
